As each piece of jewellery is made to order, shipping may take between

 1 – 3 weeks.


If you require a piece of jewellery urgently, send us an email and we will try our best to make it happen.


All orders over $200 will be shipped via Australia Post registered mail and a confirmation email will be sent to you with your tracking number.


Mångata jewellery offers free shipping for all orders over AU$200.


Any order under $200 will incur a $10 shipping fee within Australia.


Any international orders under $200 will incur a $30 shipping fee. 


International orders are sent by registered Air Mail. Delivery to most countries takes between 5-10 business days. Any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs, incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the client.


Mångata jewellery pride ourselves on quality handmade jewellery. Each piece of jewellery is checked for any faults before being shipped. If your item has arrived damaged or you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a refund or replacement.


We accept returns on your unworn purchases within 7 days of receipted delivery.


Jewellery must be returned in its original packaging and inform us of the reason for your return.


Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Any loss or damage to returned goods during transit back to Mångata jewellery is the responsibility of the buyer. To ensure that returned items arrive safely, please use a registered postal service.


Mångata jewellery does not accept cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
